Question, about how to Purchases NCoin !

Hi everyone



I want to pruchases some NCoin. But i still confuse & afraid about my last problem that make my account has blocked.Last few days ago i was puchased NCoin with my sister's card & type of the card is Debit Card not Credit card and the NCsoft's payment proccesor cant received it so that they think i make a fraud & blocked my account permanently.

I still confuse why the NCsoft's payment proccesor cant receive my sister's card >.<

So, now i want to make my own card



This my question !

Can i purchases NCoin with Debit card or not ?

If it can what payment method i must choose ?

I saw there is no payment method for Debit card just for Credit card only .



I dont want to make the mistake a second time again TT
