PVP weapon stats

hi,

i'm going to Rapidus in Aden and trying to put PVP stats on my dual, but i can't.



I'm trying to use my +4 APO dual with Haste/Health(no augment) but i can't.



The description says i need a weapon with SA.



Whats i'm doing wrong pls?
