Problem with my accounts. Help Me

Good evening, I have a problem. I had to go away for three months of L2 servers because of my job, I went back this week and could not log my 4 contas.Eu already reset my password but the account does not connect is the same for the 4 accounts I changed all passwords and tried to enter the new password, but unfortunately could not.
