Currently we have experienced some issues with NCoin order processing. We believe it should have already been resolved, but we wanted to let you know that there might be a delay in receiving NCoin after ordering it.
If you ordered NCoin recently today and haven't received it yet, please allow a few hours to receive the NCoin. If you haven't received it after a few hours, please submit a Support ticket so we can get you to the appropriate parties.
