NCoin problem?

Hi, i bought NCoins just now and it doesnt show in-game.

its 30 minutes ago now and nothing yet.

i have tried:

-other accounts

-refresh and re-log

-l2 website says i have NCoin balance in the wallet

-buy something in the store but still says i got 0 in game



please help me fix this soon. dont wanna loose 20 dollars ;P:p
