I created my Dark Elf character, a summoner, just a few days before the update, by the time the change on the Path to Awakening came I was in the 50's levels (54 I think).
The thing is that I do not have the Fated Support Box in my inventory neither can claim the items using the website, is there any way I can get assintance in this matter?
I also checked the warehouse, just in case, but nothing.
Tried creating a new character to transfer it, but is not possible.
Any help about this will be very appreciated, thanks.
