I currently have levels 1 and 2 of the Sayha's Rune transmutation skills
and to make a level 2 rune you first need to create a level 1 rune....
So I created a level 1 rune then tried to convert that to a level 2 rune,
all I got was a system message that I cannot use that skill for another 159 hours... bearing in mind these runes only last 10 minutes when you create them, so is this a bug or is it just impossible to create level 2 runes ?
