Ertheia lvl58 and still 0,00%

Sorry for my poor English.

Here is my problem. I play for Ertheia wizard, everything I enjoy, but when I reached lvl58 suddenly I'm not exp percentages and progress on getting to zero. Restart and I tried everything possible but nothing changed. I'll try to insert images from the game., Please help. STILL 0,00% :(
