Dyes: Str, Dex or Con

Has anyone experimented with any tat setup yet (pvp, pve or oly)?

I was thinking about going full DEX for the atk. spd and to max out my crit but what I don't like is out DEX are pretty low to begin with. Tough choice since Tats are so expensive :(
