Recently I loged in my account on NC website and take a long time for receive code verified. while i wasnt receiving the email that contain code verified (because NC email was delayed), I tried log in few time on my destop( under IP'wifi) and I also tried log in on my phone ( use 3G modem - under another IP). I waited for an hour and finally I received many code verified email on the same time. But I didnt know which is the exactly correct code verifed for the last log in verified. Then I tried some code on my phone and my destop.
Finally I could process my NC account but they said that " nc account permanently blocked":confused:. I DON'T KNOW THE REASON WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED:(. Can anybody help me in this case.
PS: my acount never use third party machine. And before 6 hours I got this block , I also toped up 2200 Ncoin to my account. After that I tried to log in for top up more Ncoin and I got block ( this problem).
