Aden Rebuilding Chests

Are the chests from the aden rebuilding thing tradeable? I havn't seen ne in shop, could jus be cause not many ppl still get them though.... wondering if its worth the 400k ea to trade 120 old territory wars badges in or if I should just let them fester in my inventory... 48mil is a lot of adena if its junk
