ABILITIES WIZARD(8p) SKILL GONE

There was an Abilities skill in the wizard section on the third lvl (8p) that would give 3%Matk with one point or 6%Matk with two points. I had it selected and was enjoying the extra Matk but I checked today and its gone. Maybe it was changed with the update a few weeks back but I cant find any info about it in the patch notes or in any search I try on this forum. Anyone know anything about it?
