+6 and +8 Heavy Armor

Is this a bug?

+6 Heavy Armor set and +8 Heavy armor set(Seraph Atk Type) have the same HP bonuses.. exactly the same. No increased HP from +8 set.



Is this a bug, was something changed? I gm'ed it but they didn't help.
