created my account in 2004, wanted to add an email to Dush, migrate i think? Would not work so i emailed Ncsoft asking how to migrate my account. I could log ingame fine..was purty ;x
I emailed ncsoft asking how to make my account with an email, 10minutes later i was disconnected, and got this email...Now i cant log ingame,
sort of aggravated...Had a good 8years put into dushatar and also dozen of epics on him, and they hit me with this after being mia for 3-4years. The account was registered to same email i created in 2004, bloody ** ive been using this email since 1999
Dont see why NCsoft would bother wasting there time with stuff like this? Its a dying game afteralll
• What first and last name did you use when you created the account?
• What physical address did you use when you created the account?
• What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
• List all possible emails that you would have used on the NC Account.
• List all 20- or 25-digit serial codes for any games you added to the account.
• What is the Unique Account ID for any game accounts you added to the account? (This was sent to you via e-mail on the date your game account was activated with a subject header of 'Game Account Activated'.)
• Billing information: If activated using a credit/debit card, please provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used ONLY. If activated using a game time card, please provide the 20-digit game time card code used to activate the account. If activated using PayPal®, please provide the Transaction ID or the Invoice ID associated with the original activation purchase. If you have an Order ID number from a previous purchase on your NC Account, please provide that as well.
Once we have some additional information, we'll be able to investigate your issue further.
When replying, please also include a telephone number where we can reach you, as well as a good time frame to call (be sure to include your time zone), in case we may need to speak with you.
edit: The only thing i could provide was my first last name.... unique ID? as in CD-key? brb let me go find my l2 case Credit card? Its expired by now, ***.... bdate was not real because i dont think i was old enough in 2004 to create an account... so who knows what i used
