game guard issues 1014 and 620

I reinstalled L2 after a few year hiatus can't login, keep getting gameguard 1014 and 620 issues. I've added L2 bin and game guard to exceptions in avg, i've deleted gameguard and repaired the files I'm not sure what else to do.
