Problem with Dark Elf Hairstyle

Hello! I'm a new player and I was trying to create my character.

I choose the dark elf race and I decided to go with the hairstyle B.

However, after creation my character had harstyle E.

So I tried creating a new character, this time selecting hairstyle A.

Again, after creation it changed to hairstyle E.

I fairly dislike hairstyle E and I would prefer having another one.

How can I solve this problem?
