This is the situation, i got an Elf Mage LVL 40, but the thing is that, whether i don't understand the classes thing or i never did the First Class Transfer...
When i go and ask NPC to do it, it tells me to go to "The administration office in talking island"... but i kept looking for it and i just can't find the place! it's driving me seriuosly crazy!!
Where exactly is that place? whta's the name of the NPC i gotta talk to?
what should i do!!
