why is ncsoft racist towards everyone outside of Amercun in all parts of the world with nc coins? only americun players can buy nc coin cards at 25$ and get rewarded with bewr but everyone else does not get this option lol

im from canada not even far and cant seem to buy cards to get same bonus items for the nc coins i purchase but yet my money is same as everyone elses money? that pays for the jobs in americun stop your racism on a game thats for everyone and give fair balance
