Problems with Prestige pack

I had a problem with the exp rune of Prestige pack, i put the code today and i take the items in the dimensional but the EXP 100% rune didn´t appears in my inventory, just eva rune and drop rate are vissible, my pj name is "Icaross" in the server naia
