i can't login the game

hi it's my first time in this game and i follow the steps to create account in NCSoft and i have receive a vitiation email and then i have add my game to the account in account manger

but

after all that when i want to login the game i cant it says the user name and password not matched . i'm sure the user and password are correct becous i login to the site with it and accepted

what is the problem???
