First class transfer level requirements WTF!!!

Hi,



I started a kamael female version and tried to start the first class quest.

I am not 19 but close to 30 in level now because i kept XPing.

Please don't tell me i have to be exactly 19 in order to take the ******* quest ?

I am trying to become a warder, wtf is wrong with this ****.
