Dyes - which one and why?

I stopped playing 2 years ago on GOD.



Now I'm back, and I'm lost about dyes. I saw I can have up to 4 tattoos now, also there's CHA and LUC ones.



For a Feoh Soultaker 99, which one to use and why?



And for a Aeore Cardinal 99, which one and why?
