VP+L2Store

My VP is not giving me any Bonus Boss in the game and not the boss of kartia group, wanted to know why.

* My friends get bonus VP but I do not this is frustrating; (

I can not buy items in the L2 store, I have NCcoin, click on the desired item but I can not buy why?

* I've done the Update dei filereport but I still can not.

Somebody from Ncsoft could help me please?
