Stunn debuff or shock attack ?

Hi, I'm playing on H5 server and we have one thread.

Is stunn a debuff or it's a something different like some tipe of shock attack?

Should touch of life, angelic icon, flame icon chant of spirit increase rezistance against stunn or not ?
