Certification of Dawn

Hi!!



I just already finish the Seven Signs quest, and i get the Cert of Dawn.

The cert is used to change it for a book to learn a skill, but the skills are already learned...

I want to know if this will have a change in the future, or maybe the Dev Team can make something else to change the Cert of Dawn for another reward.



I didn't find a post about this, i use the Search but i found nothing about it...
