My suggestions are the next:
*** Revise old áreas to make them doable once again, as for now NO ONE even bothers to go to Imperial Tomb, Forge of Gods, Monastery of Silence, Giants Cave, Tower of Insolence, Antharas Lair, Sakato nest, etc all good places but partying there is stupid ATM, drops suck, even if they are converted to solo-duo places it would be nice, pot drops or atleast making them some áreas soloable and some other for partys. Whats the point in having a huge map with hunting grounds when 75% of it its not even used at all?
New content is always intended to top players and the rest is left behind, revising áreas for 65-95 would make the game not so monotonous.
*** With the revamp of old áreas as mentioned in my first point, more S80 armor/weapon parts should be dropped, there are TONS of S80 items specially weapons that they basically dont exist in game anymore because nothing drops them or pieces to craft them, top S80 are good ítems to have for a normal/casual player up to low lvl 90s
*** Make Enchant armor and Enchant Weapon Scrolls combinable in a way that 2 regular scrolls > 1 with 10% higher OE success rate, 2 with new added success rate able to créate one with 20% success rate (With a determined % to succeding in creating X new scroll) (Could be an NPC, a new récipe for dwarfs) yeah we have stones but they need to be bought via L2 store and what Im suggesting might be expensive but Adena Only, not everyone in game wants/needs/wishes to spend RL money in the game.
*** Weapons with BONUSES like the ones in armor, OE´d to +6 gives X bonus, OE´d to +9 another bonus, +12 another and so on.
*** LUC & CHA dyes with merchant of mammon with classic +1-1, +2-2, +3-3,+4-4.
*** Hero Coin reward for permanent ítem for increased Item/Adena/Spoil drop rate? If we have hero coins it means we have spent Real Life money buying ítems, so therefore we should get the chance to choose better rewards in game, nothing is givien for free, we still would need to grind like always but with better posible rewards/adena.
*** More usefull Shirts & Belts
*** Unique ítems that add special passives.
For Example:
1.) Rare boss ítem name Gloves: If worn gives X ammount of attack speed
2.) Rare boss ítem name Boots: If worn gives X ammount of movement
3.) Rare boss ítem name Armor: If worn gives X ammount of increased P.Def
4.) Rare boss ítem name Helmet: if worn gives X ammount of increased LUC or CHA
And so on, and to compensate the SET ítems that already exist, any of this pieces could serve as the last SET ítem for complete set ítem bonus. Only 1 set bonus can be applied if the user wears 2 or more so he/she does not become overpowered using several ítems I mention.
