EVERY PASSIVE skill +10 and almost all ACTIVE OE +10 = 197 Immortal scrolls

Like topic says, I got every passive skills +10 and ALL active skills +10...

How come that people from my clan got same ammount of Immortal scrolls as me when they had 1 single skills OE +10..
