Give tips for enchanting skill in GH and FS

I OE all of my skill in GH and FS "Dualclass" to +5 and i have only 80 immortal scroll so far.
Need tips to future, right now my GH only 90, so probable not enchant any skill to +10, max Power Bluff Chance.
Give me tip what skill can and worth to enchant, Same in FS.
GH for PVP and FS for PVE
