What is a good Augment on Weapon?

Hi, i was wondering what a good augment is for a weapon? i am an archer and was wondering whether this was a good augment or not that i just got. Gives 23 HP, 7.05 Critical, and Momentarily becomes Invincible. Also what other augments out there that are good if this one is good? Thanks
