Veteran: about magical critical rate in interlude

Hi! I'm a nostalgic and I remember playing Interlude chronicle long time ago :p



I was thinking of my little spellsinger and I can't remember if it was able to land 100% critical rate with valakas necklace, infinity scepter, wm, sirena, dc, pow... and (anything possible else) or if instead magical critical rate was already capped at 20%, 30% ... at that chronicle



I can't barely find any information on the Internet since long hours have passed by but I would really appreciate if anyone of you could help me out!
