Unbind Weapon S

So the idiot that I am got passive reflect on an S weapon but it was an old bound one, cant put PVP on it. So my thoughts oh ill just buy an unbind scroll, unfortunatly S grade ones dont exsist in game anymore. I sent a ticket in and GM told me that aden recon guy can give those items from hero boxes. OH goody so I bought a lot til i got an unbind box, what do you know? ONLY R GRADE + the stupid GM didnt even know the game, and now just said sorry about that you can go to the forums and ask about that item.
