So my account with 99 othell have been closed because they found out that ive shared account.
Looks like :
i was playin this othell from the day when GoD was released till 2014.
Few months ago i went abroad,
and i was not able to play Lineage..
so i let my friend to play occasionally in this time ( for like 6months+ ) till i come back, and then i would be able to play again.
When i came back ( i had no contact with friend for few days ) he was somewhere in work, so I sent ticket to L2 that acc was hacked.. And accidently my friend sent ticket with same think, because he thought he lost it too.
After that i've contacted NCsoft many times, my friend that "shared" account sent tickets too, to say that I'm the only account owner, we both apologize for this misunderstanding.
And that i want to guarante im the only account owner, and im sure that friend will not use my "birth date etc".
I know that i've broke an rule that is bannable offense,
but dont you think its TOO harsh punishment... and instead of closing tickets without answer you could at least try out to help me, or smth ? Because i think its not impossible for Account administration to find some way of resolvin that.

So the account has entered this stage, so they can not guarante that this will not occur again. But i've sent few tickets about it, and my friend did it too with explanation of that it was mine and my friend missunderstanding and account is secure now and this will never happen in future.
