Tyr GK armor

For pve it said that is better to have light armor for tyrs,but all know that all tyrants have heavy,so my question is about the armor of the awakening class,caused tyrants equip with heavy and the maestries of tyrant and GK are light,but the awakening class have maestries of both heavy and light,and for know,what is recommended at 85??? Caused Tyr GK have fury fists that use the atk speed quicker and can use heavy armor,but maybe with light armor i gain more atk speed and i have little evasion. So what u recommend me??? Only for know pls.
