Cant download ncsoft launcher

so i have changed computer and i downloaded and installed the ncsoft launcher to install and patch lineage and such, but the launcher refused to start (i didnt get up this little white window with a lineage picture and the yellow procentage line) but a error instead so i uninstalled the ncsoft launcher to reinstall but when i try to use the lineage2installer.exe you used the first time i get a Lineage 2 repair that says the ncsoft launcher is missing therefore it cant repair the game. so i uninstalled and deleted all files with lineage in but i keep having this problem ._.
