What my limits? :)))

Hey there ;) asking those veterans who are max lvl and so on.. what are my limits regarding pvp, all process of equiping if lets say i got 3-4 hours daily only? Somebody mentioned u have to be hardcore, spend long hours, money.. well time to time lets say i can buy something - brooch or those rocks, i know these things unavoidable in order to reduce gap between others players' equipment.
