Is the Yul Sagittarius...????

...the worst archer???? Caused finally i made my Sagi awaken and now is Yul. But in Yul archer forum one person said me that is the worst archer,this is true???? I equip with bow caused a lot of persons said me that is the best for archer,but said me too that Yul Sagittarius is the worst archer :(
