Symbol Makers on strike ???

Well I'm really confused !!!

I don't know but when I go to any Symbol Maker and choose to draw or remove a symbol there's no messages from it....It doesn't matter if it's a Awakened char or not...whatever no dialog shows...I can't remove dyes nor put fresh ones

Is anyone having this sort of problem ???
