macros

I was reading HGM Will post, but i do not fully understand that, so i just tell whats the point.

i want to make macro on my mouse (beacouse macro in game have huge delay's between commands) for wynn summoner. (4 marks + retriever by 1 click)

Is that gonna be treated as bot or normal macro?
