Account Migration/Password Reset Issues

Adventurers,



Recent changes to the password system have updated the requirements for passwords to make them stronger. The new requirements can often lead to you receiving an error that states:



"There was a problem updating your account. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support."



The new requirements for passwords mean you may not use:


  • A password you have used previously

  • Common passwords like 'password'

  • Passwords commonly used by many users (ex: lineage)


Click here if you're still unable to properly create/submit a new password.
