Update Error E02015

Hello,

i try to Update the Launcher, but i get after less then 2 minutes a ''E02015'' update error...

i try'd many things like: Microsoft + R key. i search on google about it but i can't solve the problem..



With the Microsoft + R KEY i followed the instructions on ----->>

but everytime i try'd my network didnt work so i couldn't update..
