So I guess I'll work on my 91 Wynn dual, now that my main is 99 and just trying to SP up (so exciting :P). For pve purposes from 91-99 what do ppl suggest for tats? I just lol-realized my main class tats didn't carry over to dual.
1. So should I be looking for str for now? Or what?
(TW light, Apo Bow ++ with focus SA)
2. At 99, I want to be more pvp set up...what tats would I be looking at?
(2-H Mage staff <--not sure of SA yet, and light armor most likely)
