I submitted a support ticket, I asked about investigation, but GM Lloyd answered me "It will remain closed" without any investigation. I sent another two tickets but NC SOFT support ignored me and didn't even answered me. Your phone not answer too.
I legit player and my account was close by mistake. How I can find the truth? Why NC Soft make design without any investigation?
I know, my thread here not help me, I just cry. I play this game around 10 year, I didn't break any rules and they even don't make investigation. I would like that more people know that NC Soft doing what they want and all people in that game just bots for them.
