question about CoC with accounts and more

Hi,

First, sorry for my bad english ^_^'

I have some questions about CoC:

1. I'ts legit to simply sign to CoC and leave toon afk?

and

2. I'ts legit to sign to CoC with 2 or 3 toons? (and obviously leaving them afk)

Bonus: i'ts ok also to do the same in Olys?

I don't want to do anything wrong and get banned.. so i ask first :p
