PC Points Shop

Hello L2 players. I have a question. I got an event item that gives me some random gifts every day. It gave me 2x 700 PC Coupon Points. All was great. With 1000 I can buy an Apoca Weapon. The problem is that after Logging Out, the PC Points window was gone and now I don't know where I can find the shop again to buy my weapon. Anyone can help me? Thank you ^^
