Migrating account

I want to server transfer a character.

However the char is in an old account which means I have to migrate it, something that is known not to work.

I raised a ticket and gave all information required, however I have not received any answer after 24++ hours.

I wish it would be possible to transfer this Wednesday. Is it really impossible to save old account characters ?
