loss through Dimensional merchant

Hi folks. I created a new sub with one of my toons. I needed shots so transferred some from two of my toons. One was for 656 and it went through, the other was for 11,000+ (Mysterious Soul Shots) which disappeared.Is it likely there is recourse to get them back by submitting a ticket? Thanks.
