Jewel set up for 99 othell ghost

Hi all been working on my toon for a long time and slowly but surely BEen adding jewels. I currently have Zaken S80 stun reset earrings. I have frint neck and just purchased an octavis neck warrior. For rings I have baium and twilight ring. So what would you add next or take off and replace. Thanks just looking for some of your set up info. Thanks in advance for the reply's
