Just before the New Year my character was banned with no apparent reason, and without any explanation given. Two days before a player told me (in-game) that "I would have problems", which makes me think that this player knew a GM, and out of spite asked that GM to ban my character, which is wrong in every way possible.
I wrote to the support team, and got an answer that my character was banned due to the use of third-party software — I do not agree with this answer, because I have never had any forbidden software installed on my machine.
Instead of trying to at least look into this matter, the support team wrote that they wouldn't respond to my letters anymore. I would like to ask the senior GM to look into this and try and resolve this problem, because I think and I insist that this ban was unfair.
