first time install, error 620

Hey all, so I just tried to install Lineage 2 yesterday, it gets done installing, it starts up, goes to the login screen and BOOM, error 620. I come to the forum and find no definitive solution. I tried to submit a ticket but the support page crashed on me every time I try to go to it. So I am here asking for help. I really want to play this game. Thank you in advance.
