Can Ertheias run the "Menacing Times" quest arc?

Always liked running those as they provided quite good experience.



Sadly, could not find any NPC in Aden that would give me that quest.



Maybe it was thrown somewhere else in another town? Or do we just not have access to those?



Quite disappointing if not.
